Car not delivered even after waiting period and delivery date

Hi,

i booked a car from swani motors jalandhar on 15th feb 2012 they promised to deliver the car in 4 months inspite of the fact that the waiting period was 5 months. Now its been more than 5 months and still i have not got my car. when asked the dealer says its because of maruti is not alloting the cars. I have necessity for car and still they made me suffer for more than 5 months. Still till date there is no clarity on when will they deliver the car, i am not sure where to go and whom to ask.
