I BOUGHT A CANON INK CARTRIDGE (BLACK) FROM LEADING STATIONERY, MANGO, THANE WEST. THE CARTRIDGE WAS IN SEALED PACK CANNOT BE TESTED BEFORE BUYING. AFTER REACHING HOME I FOUND THE CARTRIDGE WAS DEFECTIVE AND PRINTER WAS SHOWING ERROR. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED MANGO, BUT, THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE CARTRIDGE. I CONTACTED CANON, BUT NO USE.
CANON IS CHEATING CONSUMERS BY SELLING DEFECTIVE CONSUMABLES AND MAKING CONSUMERS RUN PILLER TO POST.
TILL NOW I DIDNT GET THE REPLACEMENT.
