Cannot track my skynet shipment using trackdelivery.net

hi
recently, i purchased a refrigerator from malaysia with unique features and it is shipped via skynet carrier.

they provided me skynet tracking number,
the customer care advised me to track shipment at http://www.trackdelivery.net/skynet

but when i enter the shipment number it result in shipment is delivered but still not deliver…plz help customer care not responsive
