Cannot receive the purchased item

Name of company/service: DTDC COURIER,INFIBEAM
Sir ,I purchased a mobile phone Infibeam through online shopping.I find that I can receive the purchased item with in 3 days and with out any extra cost . I find that the material were shipped through DTDC Courier and Cargo limited . But I couldn’t receive the item .
