I purchase a Fly MV 120 (Mobile) online through www.infibeam.com under Purchase id / Order id: 8979417 / 17766361 on 25th June 2012. Which I received on 27th June 2012. I paid Rs. 1,519/- Cash on Delivery.
But when I opened the package I get open mobile box and I could not find Mobile Battery…
I have made many calls and emails to the company but they only keep saying that someone from the backend will call me etc… but till date nothing has happened yet.
I would request you to please kindly help in this regards to get Mobile Battery….
