Name of company/service: Shoppersstop
I had ordered a jeans from shoppersstop.com on 27th January and paid the money in advance. For many days when it didn’t arrive I called them and they said the order was cancelled due to lack of availability although it was showing available on site, then they said the product was damaged. Till now they have not refunded the money. I bought another jeans from the same site on 30th January and paid the money in advance, again they cancelled the order stating same reasons inspite of the product still available on site.
