Cancellation of connection

Location/place: mumbai

Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband

I have requested for cancellation of my tikona connection on 29th june but today it is 3rd Aug but there is no reply from their side on the action taken also between these period they have billed me for two months out of which I have already cleared my dues of 1 month but now again they are constantly calling me to pay my second bill also though I have not used their service from the day on which I have requested for cancellation. Please let me know what steps should I take. Thanks
