we , myself , my wife and my children accompanied by my bhabi n his son all together 5 heads went to n.jp. our motto was to spend summer vacation in gangtok and darjelling within 7 days ,we went to watch india tour n travels . they gave us a plan to spend 3 night at gangtok and 2 night at dargelling they told us to give accomodation and reserved car from gangtok, and in dargelling we have to take share taxi. as per their plan we agreed.and deposit them rs 8000/. we didnot know that after arrived at gangtok what will happen to us . as per their telling we went to gangtok and the name of the hotel was DATHMEN NEAR OLD TAXI STAND, WHERE THE TRAVELLING AGENCY WAS SUPPOSED TO GIVE US ACCOMODATION. BUT ALAS THE HOTEL AUTHORIY TOLD US THERE WAS NO VACANCY. AT LAST AFTER SEVERAL CALL THE TRAVEL AGENCY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND TOLD THAT WE HAVE TO SPEND THAT NIGHT IN SEPARATE HOTEL AND NEXT ONWARDS THIS HOTEL, BUT WE REFUSED AND TOLD THAT WE WILL LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM, ULTIMATELY THEY ARRANGED ONE ROOM FOR US WHIS WAS WORST, WE STAYED IN THIS ROOM AND AFTER 2,O CLOCK AFTER THE HOTEL AUTHORITY MANAGED A CAR FOR LOCAL TRIP IN GANGTOK.AFTER THE TRIP WE WENT BACK TO THAT HOTEL AND TAKE REST AT ARROUND 10.45 P.M, THE HOTEL MANAGER ASKED ME TO MEET HIM , I, MET HIM AND HE,START THREATENING ME JAISE WE R NOT PAYING A SINGLE PAISE FOR THE ROOM. HE, STARTED LOUDLY AND I, TOLD HIM NOT TO RAISE HIS FINGER SUDDENLY GAVE A BLOW TO MY MOUSE I, JUST MANAGE BY BOWING DOWN THEN HE CAUGHT HOLD MY THROAT HE GAVE ME A KICK. MY WIFE AND THE OTHERS STAFF OF THE HOTEL RUSH OVER THERE AND I BECAME AFRAD AND MY WIFE N BHABI TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE HOTEL . THAT NIGHT WE SPEND THERE AND RETURNED TO OUR DESTINATION WITHOUT ANY F.I.R TO GANGTOK POLICE BUT WITH SIKKIM POLICE I TOLD EVERYTHING.
