I want to register a complaint against Nokia India.I bought a nokia 500 model on 16th april 2012 and from day one i have been facing many problems with this phone some of them are-
a) Hangs a lot
b) Automatically switches off itself and gets on by its own
c) Light gets dim while working (all the time)
I have given my phone to nokia care around 4-5 times within a period of around 2 months but they keep it with them for 3-4 days and sometimes more and then return to me as it is. The phone works fine for a couple of hours and then the same problem continues. They are not willing to change my phone even after constant requests. They even never recorded any of my entry for this phone saying that its they do not record entry for a model if it comes back within a month.
I have even contacted with higher authorities but there never took a substantial step and have only delayed my issue. This has also led to wastage of a lot of my time and money.
i even gave them a warning before complaining to a consumer forum but they never took it seriously.
I now feel cheated and mentally harassed please help me on this matter and guide me on what should i do
