Name of company/service: Tatdocomo

Hallo Sir,On 19/6/2012 from my mobile No: 8792780617 account Rs.120/- deducted for call me tune service where as i have not requested or activated this service.I have complain to tatadocomo customer care two times,complain No:527115 & 530772.but til date no action has been taken nor return back this amount to my mobile account.please do the needful.Thanks with regards.
