I have purchased one pre-paid card from idea office, number 8347579934 on my name (Raghvendra Pratap Singh,but after two months i am not able to call from this number. After that i visited idea office and told them about my problem they replied me that they have not received my documents for this card, i shocked how its possible because i have purchased same sim card from the same office.And that time they told me that it was there mistake and i have submitted my documents to them, after that day my number started working again. But after 1 week its stopped working again with same problem again i visited idea office and they replied me the same thing to me.
They told me that they will lock into this matter and they will inform me, but you tell me why should i wait for a single day when i have no fault in this.
I need justice in this matter.
