I have ordered a cake of Rs900 from Ranchi Florist. Order Number RAFL-1306201215. The cake was supposed to be delivered in 19-june-2012 at my home ranchi on the eve of my anniversary. But the cake was delived on 20-june-2012. I have lodged 100 complains for the same requesting the owner to refund my Rs.900. Please help
