Name of company/service: WYNA cabs
I booked a cab from WYNA cabs for 0030 and the best part the same cab (cab number DL 1R Y 6121) hit my parked car .
I must say their drivers doesn’t have any driving sense, the cab conditions are pathetic, the drivers were chappals instead of shoes, they have tobacco while driving, lights of your vehicle are not operational.
THE CABS SERVICES DRIVERS HAVE DETERIORATED. THE DRIVERS ARE SO HYPER WHILE DRIVING, WHILE TALKING TO CUSTOMERS.
IT’S A SHAME ON WYNA CAB SERVICES .
WHEN I CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMERS SERVICE THEY ARE NOT READY TO TAKE THE OWNES OF ACCIDENT . AS PER THEM DRIVER NEEDS TO PAY FOR DAMGES AND THEY ASKED ME TO CONTACT THE DRIVER. CUSTOMER WHEN CALLS YOUR 24 HRS CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND COMPLAINS MEANS HE OR SHE IS IN PAIN AND DOESN’T WANT TO GOSSIP WITH THE REPRESNTATIVES.
THEIR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER BANGED THE PHONE HARDLY LISTENING ANYTHING.
I TRIED CONTACTING MR Promod Gupta, DIRECTOR WHYNA CABS SINCE 0005 HRS BUT YOUR MOBILE NUMBER NOT REACHABLE.
WHEN SOME ONE IS RUNNING A CAB SERVICES HOW COME THEIR PHONES ARE NOT REACHABLE.
I WANT THE COMPENSTION OF THE DAMAGES TO MY CAR.
I WOULD SUGGEST ALL THE PEOPLE WHO USE RADIO CABS , PLEASE DON’T THINK OF USING WYNA CABS
