Hi Sir/Madam,
This is to bring your attention towards the defective batteries Model INVARED 500 I have purchased on 23-02-2011.
After several requests, the vendor picked the batteries but same were returned by saying those were working fine. We are sorry to state that we are highly unsatisfied with the technical support and assistance provided by your company.
Can you please justify the TWO NEW BATTERIES CANNOT give the backup for more than 1 hour even with half the load and fully charged?
Just to reconfirm the things I even get my Inverter Checked and it is working fine.
If you really value your customers, please help us.
