The BEST bus which is in need for many public bus No. 448 has frequency of 15 mins but the bus never comes in 15mins frequency..it takes atleast 40 mins for the bus to come. Because of this bus fills from the first stop from Depo & there is no place in bus. Many times the drivers doesnot halt the bus in busstop. Due to this we have go to the office late on daily basis. due to these drivers negligence we are suffering on daily basis. Request you to take necessaru action on the same.
