I booked a ticket from madurai to bangalore and journey date is Oct 2nd 2018. ticket Number or trip ID: TMAF65047481 Boarding time : 10:45 we reached the boarding point at 10:15 and waited till 12:30 midnight.
bus operator : KPN travels
we were never able to reach the Bus Operator as all the numbers provided by Redbus and branch office were not reachable. and then i called Redbus support team and even redbus support team could not reach the bus operator. And on the discussion redbus support team had agreed for 100% refund for my ticket charges and redbus support team asked me to go home and we did the same.
we went back home and booked another ticket in Redbus for us to travel from madurai to bengaluru on next day which is oct 3rd. (Madurai Radha travels)
With all above facts, i have been asking for refund for more than 10 days and Redbus support team always asking for 24 hours everytime i call them and its been more than 10 24 hours and still no resolution have been provided.
What i also heard today it seems bus operator claiming that i have travelled on Oct 2nd in Semi sleeper provided by them (No body had informed me about this semi sleeper changed bus and not even redbus, no sms). how will i know about this ?
Note : I am not sure why redbus handles this kind of such a nasty bus operators and give the pain to consumers.
Kindly evaluate all the above things and provide me 100% refund for my Oct 2nd travel.
