I have booked a bus from Hyderabad to kakinada on 28-06-2016 for journey on 30-06-2016. But the bus didn’t show up. When inquired about the bus travels said that the service was cancelled even before the ticket was booked. The ticket is available even at the time of journey and neither Abhbus or Karteek Travels gave me any alternative for journey.
