I had surrendered my landline phone on 18 april 2012. My num was 01624277980 and was of sudhar, ludhiana. I had paid all my dues and submitted my form of surrender. But till date it has not been reflected in their database. And it is showing as rs 622 that i have to pay and due date is 11 jun 2012. What is this nonsense and i need my entire money that i had paid initially as deposit.
