sir/Madam,
I have faced some tiring moments with BSNL sahakar nagar area. I have taken a BSNL LL connection 2 months ago in the pretext of getting a BraodBand. The sahakar nagar customer care office really screwed me 2 months and made me come to office dozen times. They are very rude in their response when i voice my concern. Now i got a bill of 2000/- for which i never used a single call and never got my internet fixed. Moreover i got a LL phone which doesn’t function properly and i bought my own modem as BSNL office denied me a modem at the time of registration. There service is very poor and their response is rude with negligence.
