IN KARNATAKA SOME BSNL MOBILE CUSTOMERS GOT MIGRATED TO ALL@49 & 1PS/SECOND PLAN ALREADY. SO MANY CUSTOMERS LOSING MONEY EVEN AFTER PAYING Rs.49/45 AS STVS.THEIR PLANS ARE STILL IN OLDER ONE.I.E. SUMO/SUPER/ BELADINGALU POWER PACK. HEARD THAT THIS IS DUE TO BIFURCATION OF TECHNOLOGY IN TWO OTHER STATES i.e. AP(NOT PROVIDED) ,TAMILNADU(ALREADY PROVIDED) TO ALL ITS CUSTOMERS, BUT NOT KARNATAKA. BSNL KARNATAKA IS LOOTING CUSTOMERS BY DENYING TO EXTEND THIS FACILITY TO ALL. VERY BAD KIND OF SERVICE. HOPE IT WILL RECTIFY SOON.

    This is a good job that you have posted this complaint. it may help the BSNL authority to solve the problem at the earliest and people may enjoy the lowest tariff for their mobile calls.

    Dear Sir,
    Done a good job. This is a good old case since a month. By this time BSNL would have earned a lot of money from its customers for none of their fault.
    The Karnataka BSNL CGM should do a rapid action and correct the problem immediately.
