BSNL Officer cheated with me for new connection…

Location/place: Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas, 743347

I cannot get new telephone connection 03210-257777 towards now after paid 500 rupees and to submit application form to 7 months ago. Now we cannot get the telephone connection, officer also called the connection will be provided as per serial but he was given new connection to her familiar persons.
