BSNL Landline & BB INTERNET services are not working since last 10 days from 09/07/2012 till today that is 17/07/2012….

Dear Sir, My BSNL landline phone 01732-279693 not working since last 10 days. I have complaoned for the same many times to the bsnl exchange and there J.E. also but my services still not working.Even I have called a call to bsnl GM Ambala was not worked….Nobody of the bsnl department give any response about my complain….kindly help us to solve the problem….adress
