BSNL has deducted Rs.40/- from my prepaid account automatically.
i got a message from +554471040 on 22nd Aug 2012 at 5:17 pm stating “MIMOBITV: Thank You for subscribing all Channels/Week Rs.40/Week. To Unsubscribe send DEACTALL to 5544799” and Rs.40/- got deducted automatically.
it was surprising and more of a shocking thing for me. i have not subscribed to any of such services and more over my mobile 5220 does not support this TV feature.
how can BSNL behave in such unprofessional way, where in it has deducted the amount from my prepaid account.
i have made several calls to the customer care but nobody is answering to this query, each time i had to wait for more than 30-45 mins for talking to the executive. i checked this with several of my friends, they have also faced the same problem.
Consumer Forum, please help me and avoid other customers getting cheated and instruct BSNL to refund my amount immediately.
