1. My telephone is jam from 7 days and i also complaint and they promised me to solve this problem next day and it’s still jam.
2. Also 1 month is going to over and there is no concession in monthly bill instead of Rs.750 the due amount is about Rs.850.
3. According to my broadband plan the speed is nearly 1 mbps upto 6 gb and 512 kbps after 6 gb and unlimited downloading limit but my current speed is only 40-80 kbps.
4. Also in 24 hours only 10 hours it works and rest of time no incoming signal to router. On calling to bsnl office they said there is server problem.
PLEASE HELP ME
