I have been a regular customer for BSNL Broadband (Ph:040-24141773) and since the time I have been using it there are continual internet outage problems/Phone disturbances and inspite of registering complaints on ‘198’ and in-person complaints at Saroornagar Telecom Circle, Kothapet; no single complaint has been rectified so far. If any, there were only temporary remedials and further communication on closing of complaint is also not in place.
I am paying unnecessarily Rs.850/- a month for Broadband 750Plus plan without using the service.
Also, its a high time I received my regular paper bills. Everytime I took the initiative to pay my bills without having a look at the usage details.
My latest complaint/communication id. is 11308725592. I do have my earlier complaint Ids for further reference.
Now I feel its a mandatory communication for me to approach concerned personnel at BSNL and also Consumer Forum via [TRAI Regulation, 2007(3 of 2007)].
