I had a BSNL land line connection number 0562-2466072. On 26 March 2012 , I applied for the Broad Band service on my number and choose the 850 ULD combo plan , according to which, speed of 2 Mbps up to 8 GB and after that 512 Kbps.
From day 1, my broadband speed is very poor. I filled complaint a lot of time, talk into the local exchange , contacted the Head office also, but no good happened.
Every day I have make around 20 call to Local Broad Band dept. but still no solution has been provided.
I have wasted a lot of time and energy plus fuel to get my problem resolved, but all wasted.
This is my last hope, so I’m filling into this.
I’m also attaching a copy of broad band speedtest and details of my plan.
Hoping this will resolve my problem.
