My broadband is down for last 6 weeks. I have logged 5 complains in BSNL sent mails to DGM and everyone available from the web but there is no result. The calls that I log are closed automatically without solving the problem. When I call the call centre they just log a call. I am paying for the broadband and the use is critical for me since I work from home often. I am pissed of by the service.
