BSNL, Barasat unable to give new connection of Landline & broadband

Location/place: Barasat(Hridaypur)

For new connection of BSNL LL & broadband I applied on dec,2012 & tel. no. of my Ll has been registered on 20 dec,2012, but yet I don’t get the connection.
