Dear Sir,
I have purchase a trade mill in 2009 after four months of use it has gone out of order then i have complained to dealer so a person has come at my home and told me that your key pad has to be replaced but i dont have this time. right now you can use it for some time but after one month the matchine has gone out of order till date (means something two years) i am waiting for a engineer to come and change it again and again i am doing complane to the company kolkata office but they are giving me time and time so i feel harrass that why request you that please do the needfull
