i have purchased A SUMMER SPECIAL RECHARGEABLE FAN WITH BATTERY ON 17-05-2012 WITH CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION. MY BOOKING ID IS 4009050. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AFTER ONE MONTH WHICH WAS BROKEN . I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE. THEY ASK ME TO SEND THE PRODUCT AGAIN ON THEIR ADDRESS AND ASSURE ME THAT AFTER RECIEVENG THE PRODUCT THEY WILL SEND THE NEW PRODUCT IN ONE WEEK. I HAVE SEND THE PRODUCT TO THEM. BUT NOW THEY DID NOT SEND ME THE NEW PRODUCT AGAIN . EVERY TIME I CALLED THEY INCREASE THEIR TIME FOR SENDING. MY COPLAINT NO IS 3067368.
