Broadcaster – Change of plan without consent

Sir,

I am anshad from kerala, i bought a dish TV (Customer ID : 3021201503) for Rs.2800/-(Cash 2,300+gift voucher of 500) on November-03-2016, already they placed the connection with 3 month package but now they are disconnected my connection as expire the date, i tried to connect them to give my offer of 3 months and they are attend the call and shout me with bad talking, sir please solve my this issue, i have attached the number of the dealer name and number here : (Jose-Kerala : 9633 270 100, Office : 9746 822 974 ) sir its valuable problem.

    Sub:- Sansui LED 40 Inch is Duplicate product / Low quality
    due to my panel is repaired.

    Kindly note that I have purchased Sansui Colour TV in the year 2001 , till now there is no repair at all, due to this aspect I have purchased 40 inch LED Sansui TV in the month of May -2015 but yesterday ie 27/12/16 my LED got repaired. I have complained to customer care centre at Tambaram (Chennai), their service Engineer came today , he says “PANEL” problem , panel to be change.
    He informed to Customer service centre, they called me yesterday afternoon they are saying for panal replacement cost is Rs. 22,000/- , I am very surprised , because I have purchased TV in the year May 2015 , an amount of Rs. 35,000/- TV is working for 18 months, that product was made in duplicate & quality is very poor.
    Kindly replace the my LED TV or Panel otherwise I will apply in Supreme Court for huge compensation & all Sansui brand ban in India. Because you are reputed brand in home appliances and many of our family is using the same brand & same make there is no problem till now during long service , whereas in this case I faced above problem.
    Your esteemed positive reply for replacement of my LED 40 inch with same model required or panel otherwise will approach legally for duplicate product / inferior quality selling for the customers with Original price which is not justified. Please note that it will reflect on your brand & reputation.
    Please take immediate action for replacement of TV or panel, I am giving time you for 3 days only.
