broadband not working

Sir,
I would like to inform you that my broadband connection is not working since last 20 days properly , we have launched lots of complain for this on 198 (BSNL Complain number) but every time they had closed the complain as a dead phone where we have no problem in land line phone except only in broadband.
My previous complain number are – a) 1145029908 date- 09/06/12
b) 11456739341 date-15/06/12
c) 1146530524 date- 20/06/12

so , please do the needful to solve my broadband problem since we have paid one year subscription in advance.
