Dear Sir, This refers to my account no 110477650. I have given many complaints from 15/10/11 till date. This is only the list till 21/10/12 I have even given complaints after that. All the complaints are because your AP as down so something like that ( all problem from your side). Leaving the complaints will was for just a day & was solve on the same day still you can see that my NET WAS DOWN FOR 82 DAYS. All because of your problem. How can you expect me to pay for your problem? Some time the net was fully down & some time it was slow & some time wire problem. If you only check the data use on this days u will find usage But the net was slow. If I am paying for 2Mbps then I should get 2Mbps so only checking the data usage will not work. Regarding Late payment charges I had told your that till my net is not fine for mim 15 days in a row I will not pay the bill & your had agreed on that & told your will not stop my service BUT still your have stop the services Kindly give me the refund of this days & late payment fees.
