Broad band not working for last 2 months

Location/place: Uttam nagar

Name of company/service: MTNL

My MTNL broadband on. 011 25642185 is not working for the last 2 months. There are lot of complaints done in this regard but nobody is responding. I have also paid last month (Jun)bill even Broadband services or telephone services are not used even for a single day.
