Breach of Contract – False Promises

Please think twice before purchasing any Eureka Forbes – Aquasure water filters. I bought the crystal model from Vijay Sales 3 months back . Within 2 months i had to call them for various complaints. The worst thing is that they commit their visiting and don’t turn up at all. After many complaints i contacted their regional coordinator who said – What will i do ? I keep telling them to go but the service enginer does not do his work properly ????
