Dear Sir,
With this opportunity, I would like to bring to your notice, about the breach of contract by “THE CORRPORATE”, my job consultant.
In this connection I would brief you about the incident which .I have hosted my Bio Data on different web site and on 6.3.12 I received a mail from them, wherein it was stated that four to five companies have selected my Bio-Data and I was requested to come down to Corporate office for interview. On meeting them, I was told to register myself with them and within two or three days I will get interviews. But , I did not get any interview call, as at present I am working in Medinipur, I had to return back after three days.They assured me that I will soon get calls.
On, 01.05.12, again I received the same mail ,featuring all details as before, to be precise a copy of the first one. This made me angry and I replied on the same mail and asked them to return the my registration fee as I am already registered and my Registration no is 540.
On ,14.6.12 a message came on my mobile stating,” Meet Mr.Soumajit Chakraborty at MPS Ltd. For the position of Accounts Executive, Note: /no further calls will be given if you donot attend this interview”.In this connection I would like to mention that in the contract there was no such clause and I clearly told them that I need a job with a compensation around Rs.12000/- to Rs.15000/-.I could not attend the interview as situation did not permit.
Please look into the matter ,so that I get the justice.
