Bought online DTH but no replied

Name of company/service: DISH TV / DTH provider

Dear sir/ mam,
This is to inform you that I Anil Kumar Sharma have bought a dish tv sat top box with HD compatible online from their website www.dishtv.in on 9th Nov 2012. But as my tv wasn’t compatible with HD I’ve sent a mail to [email protected] that I want my money back and pl. reverse it into my account. B’coz they only told me to do the same. And the’ll reverse it within 24 hours. I’ve already forwarded my account’s details to them and the statement of the card also. But still they didn’t the same. NOw 1 week is over. I’ve mailed them many times.
Pl. help me. They provide me a token no. was 187907.

in place of ‘dish HD+’ as. For which I’ve paid Rs. 2290
online.Because I don’t have HD supported television. So pl. help me
and kindly reverse my payment to my account.
My. account is in ICICI bank and my transaction ID is 283175. Which I
got from the bank. More details is in the trailing mail which I’ve
received from you.

Reminder!

Please check the trailing mail and reverse my money of 2290 Rs. in my
account asap, because you people told me that you will transfer the
amount within 24 hours. its already been 5 days. Pl. do the needful.
