Name of company/service: Hyundai Motors India Ltd
I paid Rs.10000/- to book a car magna i-10 on 18/10/2011. The dealer Nimbus hyundai at Noida could not able to deliver the car and not refund my booking amount. Pls help me to file a case against the dealer & the HMIL too.
