I had booked ubistate 7C+ (aakash 2 tablet) from http://www.ubislate.com site at 22 January 2013 and also paid 4499.00 rupees by using my debit card.For this i got a conformational mail from [email protected] on 8 February 2013.But till today i did not get my order at my shipping address.My booking id is PMD6D71470EC .I checked my order status by visiting http://www.ubislate.com/device-specification/status.html there it is showing that my order is dispatched but there is no any information regarding the date of dispatch, name of the curior company through which they dispatched my order and expected date of receiving my order.Regarding above problems i mailed them on [email protected] many times but still there is no response from data wind company.
kindly help me in this regard.
