Booked a Laptop online 14 days back, still not received yet.

Hello,
As a believer in the service sector , I ordered a laptop with appropriate configurations on 28th of June, 2012. Once, the Flipkart.com team did not provide the adequate paper work and my product was not permitted outside Calcutta airport. Again they re shipped it and still haven’t gotten the product. Shipment was made via bluedart, so when called them up, they say again they haven’t received the proper documentation. first time, I get it.. A mistake can happen, but this second time has gotten to my nerves. I wish I could sue them for all the mess they made. 14 days!!! I am waiting for my laptop, still haven’t got it.The detials for the above are as such :
