I am a research scholar doing Ph.D in Mathematics. I have placed an order for the book “A first course in general relativity” worth Rs. 491 on 08, April, 2012. I did not receive the book for one month and at last they said the book has lost on the way. Then I requested for the refund and now, they are saying that they have refunded me on 16, may, 2012. But, I have not received any amount and they are not responding through calls and mails now. I am unable to understand that why are they wasting our time.
