This is with regards to the failed booking for which i never got any
refund.I booked 4 Movie tickets for Spiderman at cinemax vashi
the booking got failed but the amount was deducted from my bank account
,However i did another booking for which the transcation was
sucessful but was charged again,please refund my amount ASAP ,the booking
amount that to be refunded is 1334.85 INR,Please find the screen shot of
same ,the details of booking are as under are as under

I sent email n number of times to company ,but there is no effect i also called customer care but no response ,they just registered a complaint but never actioned on that ,complaint ID 120715-000055,please look into the matter
