Name of company/service: Book my holidays – Bag it today – Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd
I bought an holiday package of 7nights & 8days from Bag It from the India Today group on 20-08-2011 for 7000rs.
Since then i have been trying to get my package redeemed.
– They had asked to send a DD for Rs750 in the name of Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd (New Delhi) to Mail Stop #1023,
Skyloft Business Suites, 1st Floor, Advant Navis Business Park #7, Sector 142, Expressway, Noida – 201301,
– But when i gave a call on +91-120-6182100, they informed that their office address had changed &
they have shifted to B-19, Sector 2, Ground Floor, Noida – 201301,
– Thus sent my Request form,DD for 750 rs, ID proof ( passport Copy) & the invoice copy to the above given new
address on 9-05-12,
– Also received an acceptance email from Book my holiday on 19-05-2012,
– Since then i havent heard from them.
– Have tried giving them a call more than a 100 times on +91-120-6182100, it gets connected but the customer service
reps keep disconnecting the calls once i give the my Order no-1009140355.
– Once when it got connected, they are saying that they have just Goa package available & everything else is full,
on asking which other destination is available, they disconnected the call again,
