This is kapil and last year aug 2011 i have purchase online holiday package of 1 week worth 7000 from book my holiday india times group. My bookin ID is 1008818951. The sale manager(Mr Jay Dixit) forced me to buy this package by showing 1 free bag worth 3000 and sunglasses worth 5500 on buying another package for urself or some friend. So i refered one of my friend to buy same package. After that even i gave continues reminder to dispatch the free product but they always said their dispatch team will do it very soon and tried to force me to sell more packages for them. Now even after 11 months i didnt recieved any free product.
now i forgot that and applied my package tour by filling the form and paying additional 750 Rs as additional fees. They rejected my form. On calling their customer care they told you have not provided the preffered dated in 1 week interval. As my package is expiring on 8 aug 2012, i tried to keep the dates within time limits.
On time of selling their package they told the dates can be flexible, but their booking department treated me very badly and putting down my call withiout listening. As i have paid all money 7750 Rs. But i did not recieve a single benefit out of it and even i lost lot of time and mental peace to discussing my issue with their customer care.
Please take necessary action against this firm to help other countrymen.
