hi, my name jaffar ahmed, i had taken new connection in december 2011, the plan is (625-256kbs plan. the braodband was working till march 2012 end then suddenly connection got disconnected. then i called to (1500, 198, 1504) registered a complaint. after some days i went BSNL office which at thipsandra, hal 2nd stage 80 feet road. i had met with official of complainent cell, i told problem, they told me that they solve issue, miss shoba she concern of my area maganer to solve complaints of jeevanbhimanagar.but till the date my issue had not solved. I even talked with deputy general manager. Mr jaganath but nothing has done….please if u check BSNL website, type my number u will more complaints…Atlast my bills are cleared…please help me or suggest what can be done further….
