I was unable to make outgoing calls in few places while travelling.I tried raiising a ticket for while they refused to do and blocked from cust care. i called from paid line and with much turmoil i raised a ticket. without the issue being solved they sent issue resolved sms and blocked me from calling to cust care.The IVR keeps saying dail *121# and call gets dropped.
