Respected Sir,
I have lost my mobile handset model : NOKIA 2700 CLASSIC on 21/02/2010 at around 11.20 am. It was stolen by someone who met me in a restaurant in Vasai Road (West) Mumbai. I have already lodged the complaint in local policy station at Manikpur Vasai Road (West),Thane, Mumbai on the same day, of which the scan copy is attached herewith. The NOKIA 2700 Classic was purchased on 18/01/2010 for Rs. 4375/- vide tax invoice no. HPM3/04735 issued by Magnet Telelinks P. Ltd (a Nokia Priority Shop), Heera Panna shopping centre, Tardeo Road, Mumbai 400 026. The IMEI number which is mentioned in the box and tax invoice is IMEI 358324035005893. My mobile number was 09820021937 of Vodafone. The SIM card of 09820021937 has been blocked by Vodafone service centre but I am not able to get block the service of the handset. I requested the NOKIA care centre Banglore and Mumbai but they refuse to block my handset. I have also wrote the complaint at http://www.nokia.co.in/get-support-and-software/ask-nokia but not received any reply. There are some important and private telephone numbers which are saved in the handset memory and some photos which are in memory card. I am worried about that some one may misuse these photos and/or telephone numbers.
Sir, I require your intervenes in this regard to block the service of this handset in the hand of any person.
