blatant cheating by reliance broadband

Location/place: mumbai

Name of company/service: reliance broadband

this is my reply by email to reliance broadband:- below is the termination letter you sent to us.now why are you charging us the full bill? it is only uptil 11th may 2012 as you yourself have said. i wont pay a penny more. take your modem and leave. why does anyone not turn up to collect it? it is 27 days since my sevices have been terminated, yet you have charged me the full bill.what sort of blatant cheating is this? and to top it you send me smses telling us that” since we did not pay you bill of april 2012 that is why you have temporarily suspended services!!” NOTHING Could be FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH THAN THIS FALSE AND MALICIOUS SMS OF YOURS. WE HAVE THE PAID THE FULL BILL OF APRIL 2012 SO HOW DARE YOU MAKE FALSE ALLEGATIONS NOW? i will not only show this email of yours to the consumer court but also ask for the records of 28th april 2012 when we got a call from you in the afternoon that day where we were falsely assured that the bill for april 2012 will be waived off because of your erratic and bad service in march 2012 only if we do not terminate. we replied that we trust you and agreed. and what do you do next? immediately send us a bill of april 2012 and write false notes that the problem of service issues has been solved and that we do not want to terminate! we not only paid the april 2012 bill but waited patiently for you to terminate services which is what we always wanted but you kept on dragging matters uptil 11th may 2012 when both my landline and internet service was finally terminated. yet you charge me the full bill of may 2012 when there was no internet connection or service from your side for 20 days in may 2012! so now take your modem and payment uptil 11th may 2012 and leave us. we dont ever want you again.
