I am a AIRTEL user,yesterday i got the message from AIRTEL that on sunday which is friendship day,we wil charge 1Rs/sms.I have activated sms scheme but it doesn’t work on Diwali,friendship day,Valentine dat,31 dec etc
All telecom companies are doing this type of thing and taking extra advantages of customers.
They are doing as they want they doesn’t care about custemes.If we call and ask about it they always gives the answer that we can’t do anythning its our company policy or company policies are changed
