Hi,
My name is Manish Saraf.I had purchased Blackberry 8520 Curve for Rs. 9600/- from Kuber Collection(Borivali west) vide Bill no.125 on 10/12/2011.I got one year warrany on the product.
Since then i had visited to the blackberry servicer Centre 4 times vide work order Nos as follows:
1)ZRV/BB/11/05735
2)ZRV/BB/11/07044
3)ZRV/BB/12/01889
4)ZRV/BB/12/03627
After purchasing this mobile ,my only job remain is to go to the service centre and give the phone for repairing.
I had asked for replacement of my handset but the shop as well as the service centre both have denied it.
Now the fourth time that is work order no.ZRV/BB/12/03627,the service centre is demanding from me 7200/- for repairing the product which is under warranty

I want to sue the comapany for asking around total cost of the product for repairing a phone which is under warranty for Rs.10 crores
